This is a footed green vaseline glass sherbet by Federal Glass in the paneled optic pattern. It is dated from the 1930's. It is in very good condition; no cracks or repairs. It has a small chip on the inside edge. It measures 2-3/4" tall, 4" in diameter at the top, and 2-1/4" in diameter at the base. It is marked with the Federal Glass mark of a "F" within a shield.
