There is an Otagiri sticker "OMC, Japan" and is impressed "Otagiri" in the bottom. A great collectible for the animal or duck collector!

This is an eggcup by Villeroy & Boch in the discontinued pattern "Vieux Luxembourg". It is also known by the names of "Vieux Lux", "Alt Lux", or "Alt Luxembourg" It is becoming very hard to find. This is the first pattern Villeroy & Boch made in 1748. It is in excellent condition; no chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs. It is white with a blue floral design. It measures 2" tall; 2" in diameter at the top; and 1-1/2" in diameter at the base. It is marked on the bottom "Depius 1748, Villeroy & Boch,Luxembourg" .
