This is the Superman 1st Day Cover by Julian and Sharon Pugh of Pugh Cachets, Inc. It is believed to be the only cachetmaker to service covers for this event. The trademark name and image of Super- man approval was obtained by DC Comics. It has been cancelled on the historically significant date of November 19,1992 in the city of Metropolis, Illinois. It includes the history and description of this 1st day cover. It is in excellent condition.

The background is dark blue with gold designs throughout. It measures approximately 6-1/4" tall, and 3-1/2" in diameter. It is in excel- lent condition. It is unmarked.

It measures approximately 1-1/2" tall, and 3-1/2" in diameter. It is in excellent condition. It is marked with a foil label "Made in China".
