Each piece is hand- crafted and hand-painted to ensure exceptional detail. This figurine is of the Easter Farm, where all the eggs come from that the Easter Bunny decorates. Each side of the building has a different view. The front view has a bunny looking out the front door and one of the farm hands standing next to a basket of carrots. The side view has another working on the garden, with a basket of carrots sitting behind her. The other sideview has another farm hand freshening up the purple paint on one of the upper shutters. The figurine is marked on the bottom with a foil sticker stating "Easter Farms, EH03, An exclusive creation by International Resourcing Services, Inc., Made in China, 1994". It measures 3" square at the base, 2-3/4" tall.

A vintage shop titled "Clock Maker". It is a nice ceramic building that would go well with any Christmas scene. It is very similar in size and quality to the Dept. 56 buildings. The building is teal green with cream and brown. It has blue shutters trimmed in brown. There are two wreaths on the front. It lights from the back which includes a cord with a nightlight-type bulb and an on/off switch for ease in turning it off and on. It is in excellent condition; no chips, cracks, or repairs. It measures 5-3/4" tall, 5-3/8" wide, 3-1/2" deep. It is marked "1991, National Decorations Christmas Collectibles, Clock maker".
