Harriet had fancy faux flowers, exotic feathers, ribbons, bows, bangles and beads of all shapes, sizes and colors to transform a basic hat into a personal fashion state- ment. Tillie set the standards for the town and, therefore, busi- ness was very good indeed for the little shop where the right clothes made a big impression.
