A rare find of a California Faience Pottery bowl. It is dark rose on the outside and dark turquoise on the inside. It is in excellent condition; no cracks, hairlines or repairs. It has a few pops on the inside and some crazing on the inside. The inside bottom is dull from use. It is marked with the inscription "California Faience" in the red clay bottom. It measures 3-1/4" tall and 7-1/2" in diameter. It is dated approximately from the 1930's.

The name is now owned by Applause, and the Birthday Girl series is still being made. She is wearing a pale lime green dress, holding a doll. Her wings, sleeves, neckline, and the number 7 are accented in gold. It is in very good condition; no chips or hairlines. Her left wing has been repaired. It is marked "Josef Originals". It measures 4-1/4" tall and 4-1/2" wide.
